Returns & Exchanges

At VICI Collection, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be deducted from your final store credit amount.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, you will receive an E-Gift Card via email within 5-7 business days.
